Kitchen + Scullery
For this project we have a dreamy new build in rural Northland for a busy family. Every room opens to the outdoors so the family wanted to ensure the flooring was durable, stable, fade resistant, waterproof and heat proof. They chose wood grain porcelain flooring to meet all their needs, the family went for Habita Castagno woodgrain porcelain tile 1200mm x 200mm from the Tile Depot, giving them the wooden aesthetic they wanted without the maintenance issues of natural wood. For the kitchen splash back they have chosen Superwhite Cube Mosaic 302 x 262mm polished porcelain mosaic and for the scullery splash back they have gone for Mosaix Hexagonal Black Matt (50mm) 325 x 282 matt porcelain mosaic.
Staircase
The new way to style your staircase.. The family have added Neptune Max Natural Oak SPC 225 x 1532mm flooring with the bold and monochromatic Artisan Deco Uno 200 x 200mm on risers to create this stunning combination, bringing these stairs to life!
First Bathroom
For the children's bathroom we have a beautiful selection of tiles. For the flooring we have the Italian Cementina B&W #2 200 x 200 tile, a delicate monochromatic repeating floral pattern that is both contemporary and classic. For the vanity wall we have Mosaix Chevron White 318 x 224. The remaining walls have been styled with Punto Zero Latte Lappato, a stunning light grey Italian glazed porcelain tile with a soft, subtle coloring.
WC
For the WC we have the Italian Cementina Black & White #2 200 x 200, the tile has been paired with the sophisticated Victoria White Satin Ripple 65 x 265 matt tile, this tile is for interior wall only. The remaining walls are Punto Zero Latte Lappato 597 x 597 (please note, this tile is now deleted). With three carefully selected tile choices, this small WC has been transformed into a smart and upscale bathroom. The color choices are consistent with the contemporary color scheme throughout the house. Definitely a space to save to the bathroom inspiration board!
Ensuite
Lighter tones have been used to create this elegant ensuite. For the feature wall we have Evo-Q White Mix 200 x 1200, offering a range of textures. A rectified Italian porcelain tile, this tile is available in two color ways, White and Light Grey. Sweeping the floors and up the remaining walls we have Ferrocemento Bianco in 600 x 1200 a highly tactile and elegant Italian tile and in it's large format it effortlessly portrays a sense of luxury.
Laundry
For the Laundry room we have Habita Castagno continued on the floors with Superblack Cube Mosaic for the splash back, matching perfectly with the black matt tapware.
Outdoor Room
For the homes outdoor room we have Ferrocemento Nero. This is a 600 x 1200 Italian tile, it's cement and metallic color's blend effortlessly for the perfect outdoor color palette. Please note this is not an outdoor tile, the outdoor area where it has been used is largely weather-proof.

Punto Zero Latte is a stunning light grey Italian glazed porcelain tile. Soft, subtle colouring and available in matching 597 x 597 semi polished internal tile. The grip finish provides a high degree of slip resistance (R11).
